Terms of Service
Condensed ToS:
- Pay upfront for orders below €100.
- Payment options: iDeal, banktransfer, via Artistree, Paypal(least preferred option)
- Must be paid in EUR €
- I maintain the right to post my work in any form. Should you wish to remain anonymous or for something to not be posted it can be requested.
- Full refunds only before work has started or upon cancellation by the artist. Cancellation during work will result in a partial refund based on the stage of work.
- Product will be delivered digitally.
- Up to 3 major revisions in the sketching phase.
- Do not feed my art into AI, nor use it as an NFT or anything similar.
- For commercial use additional fees are incurred.
- I maintain the right to turn down any commission.Terms of Service

1. The currency accepted is EUR €
2. Payment methods: iDeal, bank transfer, via Artisttree(debit card, creditcard, cashapp, applepay, google pay), Paypal(least preferred option).
3. Commissioner agrees to pay full price up front for any commissions under €100.
4. Commissions over €100 may be paid 50% up front, and 50% after approval of the initial sketch.
5. Work on the commission will be started after payment has been received. In case of split payments, work on following stages will only be continued upon receiving the additional payments.
6. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed upon before work on the commission commences.
7. Chargebacks will result in client blacklisting. Do not initiate a charge back, we will discuss refund options in accordance with the ToS.Process
1. After payment is received I will start work.
2. I will provide WIP updates for approval and alterations at relevant stages.
3. I may provide additional WIP updates at my own discretion.
4. A commissioner may request a WIP update any time.
5. I aim to complete and deliver commissions within 1 week to 1 month. In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as health or life events), this may extend up to 3 months.
6. Full quality PNGs and JPGs will be sent via email upon completion. After final delivery of the commission it is the commissioners responsibility to store it properly. Any loss of files is not my responsibility. In such a situation I cannot guarantee that the original copy of the files will be available, but I will try if they are.Slots & Waitlist
1. I will be offering commissions in slots in order to be able to deliver reasonably consistent delivery times. Once slots are filled they will be opened again at my discretion based on life circumstances and available time.
2. If slots are currently full but you’d like to commission me, contact me and I will put you on my waitlist!
3. People on the waitlist will be contacted in order prior to reopening commissions slots so they can have first claim to a commission slot.References
1. I request that you provide me with the necessary information to be able to execute your commission to the best of my ability. This can include but doesn’t have to be limited to the following:
2. Character references, pose references, inspiration images, direct background reference, outfit references/inspiration, description of character appearance/details that might differ from provided visual references, relevant description of character traits, etc.
3. Please provide said references in an organized manner (e.g. a collage), and avoid sending scattered references in DMs or emails to avoid them getting lost or forgotten.Revisions
1. The commissioner is allowed up to 3 free major changes in the rough sketch phase. (e.g. pose changes, outfit changes)
2. Simple minor changes throughout the process are free of charge (e.g. colour tweaks, detail tweaks, easy additions of subtractions)
3. Major changes after the rough sketch phase may incur an additional fee.
Refunds
4. If a commission is cancelled before work has started a full refund will be issued (barring any payment processor fees).
5. No full refunds will be given after work has started. Cancellation past this point will result in a partial refund depending on in which stage it was cancelled.
6. No refunds will be issued on completed work.
7. If a commission isn’t completed within 6 months the commissioner has the right to receive a full refund.Copyright/usage
1. I, the artist, hold all the rights to the finished artwork. I can publicly post and use my work in my portfolio. Commissions can be kept private or anonymous upon request.
2. The commissioner may use and post the artwork with the appropriate credit given to the artist. You may not claim the work as your own nor remove or alter watermarks/signatures through cropping or editing. If cropping for personal use (e.g. profile image) results in illegible watermark, please credit appropriately nearby(e.g. bio)!
3. All commissions are in base for personal use only. You may print the artwork for personal use. You may not profit off of work commissioned for personal use.
4. For commercial use additional fees apply.
5. Do not alter artwork (other than cropping/resizing). No tracing or repurposing or parts of the image. Do not feed the artwork into AI. Do not use my artwork as an NFT or anything similar or related.Cancellations
1. I retain the right to refuse or cancel any commission with no reasons given, under the conditions of a full refund.
2. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The commissioner will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the commissioner in the future.
